The room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good selection of fruit. I appreciated that the hotel offered free water refills. A free shuttle service was available to some places.
I noticed some stains on the curtains.

surprisingly good stay
caring staff efficient manager many options thai foods
the staff had a caring attitude. our initial concerns disappeared thanks to the manager. she was amazing, so friendly and efficient. breakfast had many options including eggs and thai foods.
housekeeping did not improve in any way. our room received service late in the day. we requested a service in the morning but they were rigid.

the hotel is a short walk to the main area with bars. it offers a nice quiet atmosphere. a restaurant across the road serves very tasty food. i appreciated this convenient arrangement.

our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. there was lots of space and a leather couch. it was perfect for relaxation after swimming. i found many relaxing features.

the pool was amazing. we swam every day. there's even a little bar by the pool. i liked the pool bar. they provided pool towels, a good service.
