The room was clean enough.
The air conditioning unit emitted a strange smell. It was like a musty odor, and it lingered in the room. The noise at night was also excessive. I constantly heard sounds coming from the hallway and other rooms. It was hard to rest well.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good selection of fruit. I appreciated that the hotel offered free water refills. A free shuttle service was available to some places.
the staff had a caring attitude. our initial concerns disappeared thanks to the manager. she was amazing, so friendly and efficient. breakfast had many options including eggs and thai foods.
housekeeping did not improve in any way. our room received service late in the day. we requested a service in the morning but they were rigid.
